Fixing Wheels
This is how conventional working trolley wheel looks like in most new trolleys:
Unfortunately the small shiny metal bit falls off and cannot be reattached.
The solution is to wind thread on the trolley rod as shown in the diagram below:
Its looks like a crazy idea but this method have been proven to hold the wheel strongly. The trolley will then become very durable and reliable.
